Role

We’re looking for a candidate with experience in customer service and training programs to help support our growing multifamily business. This role is an early career opportunity that bridges internal execution and light partner interaction, with a focus on servicing inbound tickets and general product training needs. 


This role is fully remote but preference will be given to those who are based in PST or EST.


High-performing individuals will be given the opportunity to ramp onto an Outbound Partner Success role. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Outbound Partner Success roles to ensure clients receive timely and consistent service
  • Address internal cross-functional tickets within established SLAs and with proper documentation
  • Escalate complex or high-risk situations to the correct Outbound Partner Success role with clear context and recommendations on next steps
  • Hold group “office hour” retrainings with leasing teams
  • Support in the coordination of scheduling onboarding and other partner meetings
  • Maintain accurate records within HubSpot
  • Conduct special audits on contacts and other HubSpot objects upon request
Preferred Background
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with leasing teams
  • Understanding of multifamily renting and leasing flows
  • Google Suite/Microsoft Office proficient
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems

  • You are organized and detail-oriented. You take CRM diligence seriously and keep timely records of all activity.
  • You are comfortable working in a start-up environment and understand how to navigate regular program changes. You can communicate the new value derived from program changes to clients. 
  • You are interested in providing a seamless client experience

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $60,000 - $70,000 annually (with OTE at $75,000 - $85,000).

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
