Job Summary: 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating quality leads as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The Inside Sales Representative directly supports the achievement of sales goals by discovering and identifying qualified opportunities and collaborating with Outside Sales Representative to win deals. Other responsibilities include following all processes in the CRM and ensuring data accuracy, partnering with marketing in identifying event opportunities in alignment with sales strategy and organizing/attending events to network and generate leads. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative should proactively conduct research on market trends and competitors' products. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.  
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.  
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.  
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.  
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.  
  • Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
