- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. Use effective questioning techniques to understand customer requirements.
- Sales Execution: Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. Follow up with potential customers to address any concerns and finalize agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You are tech savvy and have advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $69,000-$97,750. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
