Company Description

PatientFi is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company in Irvine, CA that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution for out-of-pocket medical and dental procedures. The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option.

The Mission

As an Inside Sales Representative focusing on Funded Volume Loans, your primary goal isn't just "selling"—it’s about maximizing utilization. You will manage a portfolio of existing audiology practices, acting as a strategic consultant to help them integrate our financial solutions into their everyday patient workflows. Your success is measured by the growth of funded loan volume within your assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Account Penetration: Analyze existing account data to identify "low-utilization" clinics and implement targeted outreach to increase their reliance on our funding products.
  • Strategic Coaching: Educate audiologists and office managers on how to present loan options to patients, helping them overcome price objections and increase hearing aid adoption rates.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain high-frequency touchpoints with key stakeholders to ensure our brand remains the "first-choice" funding partner.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage funded loan applications from submission to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both the clinic and the patient.
  • Webinar & Training Delivery: Conduct virtual training sessions on new product features, promotional interest rates, and best practices for the loan application process.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor weekly and monthly funded volume metrics to forecast growth and identify trends within your territory.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Experience: 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (Healthcare, Medical Device, or FinTech experience is a major plus).
  • The "Consultative" Edge: You don’t just read a script; you understand the patient journey and can speak the language of a busy healthcare provider.
  • The Closer Mentality: While this is an "existing account" role, you have the drive of a hunter to push for higher numbers and bigger commitments.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).

Why This Role?

You are entering a high-growth intersection of Healthcare and Finance. You’ll be helping patients get the hearing care they need while helping small businesses (audiology clinics) grow their bottom line.

Note: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term rapport rather than "one-and-done" transactions.
