Are you looking to be part of an expanding sales team? Our Remote Inside Sales Reps maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through the use of effective closing techniques. They are responsible for turning cold leads into sales. The ideal candidate has some inside merchant account sales experience, has some experience in cultivating referral partnerships, and is self-directed and self-motivated with a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process.

Our Remote Inside Sales Reps play an essential role in the sales of our payments solutions for various merchants and businesses. Why is this role essential? Our team are experts in cultivating new business opportunities and can build relationships over the phone.

What you’ll do:

If you consider yourself self-directed and self-motivated, we can teach you the sales process and effective closing techniques. This role will work with leads, conduct market research, and submit and close deals. From building target lists, conducting cold calls, to utilizing Salesforce - that’s you.

  • Generate new business opportunities through a variety of self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques

  • Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth

  • Use effective sales closing techniques

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through self-sourced outreach and relationship development

  • Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms

  • Meet and exceed quotas

What we need from you:

  • 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience

  • Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service

  • Experience with high volume cold calling

  • Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required 

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 (plus uncapped commission)
