Job Description

•    Supporting ASM and help move things along for customers when the ASM in unavailable
•    Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
Primary contact window for all customer related issues (change order, expedite, push out/cancellations, FA, RMA, credit/debit memo, stock rotation, ship & debit, etc.)
•    Primary contact window for all customers’ inquiries (price quotation, L/T, stock check, product information, sample request)
•    Process all the order (manual/EDI), RMA, credit/debit, stock rotation & ship & debit entries
•    POS reconciliation
•    VMI 3rd party warehouse fulfillment & support
•    EDI, VMI forecast support
•    Backlog maintenance
•    Inside Sales Support across different Work as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Quality, Marketing, & Shipping.
•    Regional Monthly Budget tracking
•    Regional Rep Performance Report
•    EMS Monthly Business Tracking Report
•    EMS Quarterly Award analysis, contract price file preparation
Customer Contract Price Files & RFQs
Sample & Opportunity Tracking
Back-up for Team members

Qualifications

•    BS or BA degree
•    2+ years work experience
•    Proven ability to work under stress
•    Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers and internal
•    Aggressive, great attitude, strong organizational skills and a self-starter
•    Ability to network and leverage a virtual team of resources
•    Desire to work in a competitive environment
