In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your job is to understand their situation, educate them on available options, and guide them toward the next step in resolving their tax issues.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- 15% commission on every closed deal
- Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
- Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
- Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking tax relief assistance
- Understand each client’s financial situation, concerns, and goals
- Educate prospects on available solutions and services
- Build trust and establish strong client relationships
- Overcome objections and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain follow-up activity and manage sales opportunities
- Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals

Location & Schedule
Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently handle objections
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
