  • Write, test, and iterate on call scripts and email templates in partnership with the Director of Inside Sales

  • Develop ad hoc reporting as needed for leadership reviews, QBRs, and cross-departmental requests
  • Identify trends in the data and surface insights proactively to the Director of Inside Sales

Cross-Departmental Campaign Coordination

  • Act as the Inside Sales team's point of contact for inbound campaign requests from other departments (marketing, product, finance, etc.)
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: intake, planning, data sourcing, execution, and results reporting
  • Prepare meeting decks, briefs, and recap materials for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track and report campaign performance back to the Director of Inside Sales, with clear attribution to pipeline or revenue outcomes

Administrative Operations

  • Manage and process sales plan approvals, account transfer requests, expense reports, and timecard reviews
  • Handle general operational email triage and issue resolution on behalf of the Director of Inside Sales
  • Ensure administrative workflows are executed accurately and on time, freeing leadership to remain focused on strategy and team development

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling data, building reports, and translating numbers into actionable insights
  • Experience with Salesloft or a comparable sales engagement platform (Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
  • Exceptional written communication skills — able to write crisp, compelling sales content (scripts, cadences, playbooks)
  • Prior experience supporting or working within an inside sales organization
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience building onboarding programs or sales training content
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end with limited oversight

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of industry practices
  • High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Good planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
