As part of our Inside Sales team, you will help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience.  You demonstrate this through responsive ownership, your knowledge of customer needs and by processing orders accurately & efficiently.  You make the difference for our customers & internal team on a daily basis!

  • Exceeding customer expectations through accuracy and expediency
  • Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines
  • Increase your knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal
  • Oversee the entire order process, even cancellations
  • Pro-actively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns
  • Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customer receive items when needed
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention

Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!

Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • WebEx experience preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred
