We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused candidate to join our friendly and supportive sales organization as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at our corporate office in San Jose, California. 

The Senior Customer Experience Manager will be part of a broader team supporting one of XP Power’s key accounts, a leading global technology and semiconductor company. This role partners closely with Field Sales and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Production, Accounting and Shipping, to deliver responsive, high-quality service. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, semiconductor industry experience, and the ability to support complex customer programs such as consignment, inventory management or similar account support models. 

Job Description

  • Serve as a primary customer support contact for assigned key account, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, RFQs, order updates and service/RMA requests
  • Partner with Field Sales to support customer relationships, identify account needs and help drive opportunities through the sales and order process
  • Manage quotes, order entry, open orders, customer requests and returns using SAP and other internal systems
  • Support consignment, inventory management or similar customer programs, including coordinating customer pull signals, tracking on-hand inventory, monitoring min/max or safety stock levels, reconciling consumption activity, supporting replenishment requirements and communicating program updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate customer information, forecasts and account activity in Salesforce and related business tools
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Accounting, Shipping and other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and on time
  • Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, composure and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting customers in the semiconductor or technical manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience with consignment, inventory management, customer-owned inventory, replenishment programs, customer portals, or similar strategic account support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and customer portals preferred.
