  • Strategic Insight Development:
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets, identifying trends across campaigns, media lanes, and historical performance to provide actionable insights.

  • Craft compelling narratives that connect brand lift performance to customer goals, threading the story across campaigns and measurement periods to foster a holistic understanding.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with broader company initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

  • Project Leadership:
  • Independently lead high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of insights.

  • Take ownership of initiatives that optimize workflows, enhance customer engagement, or expand the impact of insights on strategic decision-making.

  • Serve as a thought leader in customer presentations, advocating for insights-driven approaches to campaign optimization and business growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including customer success, sales, marketing, and product, to align on objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, contributing to team growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring to the role:

  • Strong expertise in data analysis, storytelling, and connecting insights to business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.

  • Experience leading complex projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for delivering clear and impactful insights to customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of brand lift studies, media measurement, and cross-media trends.

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect insights to broader business objectives.
