Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive agency growth
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse client needs
  • Market and promote agency services within the local community
  • Manage all aspects of the agency, including customer service, operations, and marketing
  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Requirements:
  • Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 days with licensing support provided for free).
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and commitment to achieving business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Financial ability to invest in and sustain agency operations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Must pass a background check in accordance with Farmers guidelines, policies and procedures
    • The background check will cover two major areas: State, Federal and County Criminal History, and Regulatory Actions
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Flexible schedule
  • Immediate residual income from an established book of business
  • Up to $5,000 signing bonus upon full-time agency appointment
  • Monthly and annual production bonus opportunities
  • Up to $500 monthly lead program credits (upon meeting qualification goals)
  • Up to 300% bonus structure for new business production (first three years)

    • Annual revenue potential: $85,000$100,000
    • Purchase price: negotiable
  • Opportunity 2
    • Annual revenue potential: $75,000$90,000
