Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Work with insurers with respect to insurance coverage, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
· Evaluating insurance coverage issues under various policy types
· Drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
· Analyzing complex claims and advising insurer clients
· Litigating declaratory relief, contribution, indemnity, and bad faith actions
· Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda
· Conducting depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Required:
· Recent experience with insurance coverage or defense work
· CA or bar
