What you'll be doing...

ScienceLogic is seeking a strategic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead Americas marketing initiatives. This role owns the regional marketing strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen alignment with Sales.

The ideal candidate brings a strong demand generation mindset, excels at cross-functional leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Americas field marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and revenue goals, partnering closely with Sales leadership and GTM stakeholders.

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion across target accounts and segments.

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, providing data-driven insights, campaign planning, and account-based marketing (ABM) support to improve conversion and deal velocity.

  • Lead regional program execution, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner initiatives, ensuring consistency with global messaging and brand.

  • Drive performance accountability, defining KPIs and leveraging Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and report on pipeline impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging alignment.

  • Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

  • Leverage market insights and data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of competitive trends in the Americas.

Qualities you possess...

  • 7+ years of B2B field marketing and demand generation experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology.

  • Proven ability to own regional marketing strategy and deliver measurable pipeline impact.

  • Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM), pipeline acceleration, and revenue marketing frameworks.

  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leaders and influencing go-to-market strategy.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities, managing multiple initiatives across regions and teams.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Measures of Success

  • Pipeline generation, acceleration, and contribution to closed/won revenue.

  • ROI and performance of regional marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Sales alignment and impact on deal velocity and conversion rates.

  • Effectiveness of ABM and target account engagement strategies.

  • Budget efficiency and program scalability.
