Job Description

Alliance Animal Health is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to help bring marketing strategies to life across our growing network of veterinary hospitals. 

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will connect teams, channels, and priorities to drive client conversion and support growth across our hospital network. This person will lead integrated campaign execution across email, paid media, website, social, and traditional marketing channels, while helping scale key growth initiatives across our hospitals. 

The Integrated Marketing Manager will also lead our website program, overseeing new hospital website launches, ongoing site management, and projects that improve and evolve the program to meet business goals. 

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, hands-on marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action. They are organized, collaborative, and curious, with strong project management skills and an eye for the details that make marketing more effective. They are equally comfortable seeing the big picture, bringing teams together, and rolling up their sleeves to bring marketing campaigns to life. 

Key Responsibilities 

Integrated Campaign Management 

  • Lead integrated campaigns from planning through launch, bringing together creative, messaging, audiences, channels, and measurement. 

  • Partner across Performance, Creative, Regional Marketing, and other teams to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences through the right mix of email, paid media, web, social, and traditional channels. 

  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to keep initiatives moving and teams aligned. 

  • Build scalable campaign processes that help bring effective marketing to market more efficiently across our hospital network. 

Website Program Management 

  • Lead the ongoing management of our website program, ensuring hospital websites stay accurate, current, and aligned with marketing and business needs. 

  • Manage website updates and edit requests, coordinating content, creative, functionality, and internal or external partners to keep work moving efficiently. 

  • Own the website launch process for new hospitals, from content development through site build, review, QA, and go-lives. 

  • Lead projects that improve and scale the website program, including processes, templates, functionality, user experience, and overall site performance. 

  • Build and manage campaign landing pages and other digital experiences, applying SEO, user experience, and conversion best practices to support organic and paid media programs.  

Campaign Launches & Growth Initiatives 

  • Support key growth initiatives including new-client acquisition, wellness program launches and expansion, promotional programs, email campaigns, and other marketing priorities. 

  • Review campaigns before launch to ensure creative, messaging, audiences, offers, links, landing pages, and tracking are accurate and working as intended. 

  • Troubleshoot challenges, identify opportunities to improve the client experience, and help make future campaigns even stronger. 

Collaboration 

  • Build strong relationships across teams and help connect people, priorities, and channels around shared goals. 

  • Communicate clearly about campaign progress, timelines, priorities, and potential roadblocks. 

  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to new opportunities and evolving business needs. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 

  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, or related field. 

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through launch and measurement. 

  • Hands-on experience with websites, landing pages, or content management systems. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple projects moving at once. 

  • Strong attention to detail and for creating clear, consistent client experiences. 

  • Comfortable using data and campaign results to make decisions and improve future work. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in multi-location, healthcare, veterinary, or a similar environment. 

  • Experience supporting marketing across multiple brands, locations, or markets. 

  • Experience with CMS platforms and building conversion-focused landing pages and websites. 

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and marketing automation platforms. 

  • Familiarity with SEO, local search, AEO, A/B testing, or conversion optimization. 

  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, developers, or other external partners.
