Job Description

Integrated Marketing Program Management Co-op 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Co-op to support our Integrated Marketing Program Management team. 

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing program management, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned, on track, and delivering against shared goals. 

This role offers exposure to end-to-end program management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility product initiatives. 

Opportunity 

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. 

  • Maintain program trackers, prepare schedules, lead status calls, and produce reports and presentation visuals for leadership. 

  • Partner with creative, channel, and operational teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution and risk mitigation. 

  • Translate marketing briefs into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and owners. 

  • Serve as a central point of contact for projects, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency, and managing expectations. 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program. 

  • Interest or experience in program management. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in working with cross-functional teams. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint a plus. 

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $22.00-$28.00 per hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
