Job DescriptionIntegrated Marketing Program Management Co-op
We’re looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Co-op to support our Integrated Marketing Program Management team.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing program management, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned, on track, and delivering against shared goals.
This role offers exposure to end-to-end program management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility product initiatives.
Opportunity
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintain program trackers, prepare schedules, lead status calls, and produce reports and presentation visuals for leadership.
Partner with creative, channel, and operational teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution and risk mitigation.
Translate marketing briefs into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and owners.
Serve as a central point of contact for projects, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency, and managing expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
Interest or experience in program management.
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint a plus.
Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change.
