About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

Nerdio is seeking a Director, Integrated Marketing & Programs to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, engagement, and brand growth across our enterprise IT and MSP customer segments. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating company and product priorities into cohesive, measurable marketing programs that span digital, field, partner, and lifecycle channels.  You'll own the integrated marketing calendar end-to-end: aligning campaign themes, messaging, and channel mix with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams, then driving flawless execution and reporting on results.

As a member of Nerdio’s Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the CMO to help shape marketing's strategic priorities, translating leadership vision into actionable plans across the team, and serving as a trusted thought partner on the decisions that shape where marketing invests its time and budget. You’ll also lead special projects and cross-marketing initiatives on the CMO’s behalf.  This is a highly cross-functional, builder-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on connecting strategy to operational detail.

What you'll do

  • Own integrated campaign strategy: Build and lead the end-to-end marketing calendar, translating product launches, sales priorities, and market opportunities into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, web, field/events, partner, ABM, and paid).
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure every campaign has clear goals, consistent messaging, and coordinated timing across channels.
  • Manage marketing programs & operations: Establish and refine the processes, workflows, and tools (e.g., campaign briefs, project tracking, marketing calendar cadence) that keep a growing marketing team organized, accountable, and moving quickly.
  • Drive segment- and audience-specific programs: Design and execute targeted programs for Nerdio's key audiences — enterprise IT teams and MSPs — tailoring channel mix and messaging to each segment's buying journey.
  • Measure and optimize: Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for campaign and program performance (pipeline contribution, engagement, funnel conversion); use data to continuously improve targeting, channel mix, and ROI.
  • Manage budget and vendors: Own the integrated marketing budget across campaigns and programs, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI; manage relevant agency and vendor relationships.
  • Lead and develop talent: Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketing program/campaign managers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Champion the Nerdio brand: Ensure every campaign reflects Nerdio's voice, quality bar, and positioning as the leader in AVD, Windows 365, and Microsoft 365 management.
  • Partner closely with marketing leadership: Serve as a member of Nerdio's Marketing Leadership Team and act as a right hand to the CMO, helping prepare leadership reviews and board-level updates, keeping the broader marketing team aligned on priorities, and stepping in to lead special projects and drive follow-through on key initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years managing integrated campaigns or marketing programs at a SaaS, cloud, or IT infrastructure/software company.
  • Proven track record building and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong program/project management skills — comfortable owning a complex calendar with many moving parts and stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align campaigns with GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, project management platforms).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and translating insights into action.
  • Experience marketing to technical/IT audiences (Enterprise IT, MSPs, and IT channel partners) is a strong plus.
  • People-management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfort building and preparing executive-level materials, such as leadership updates and board presentations, for senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
