At MECCA, our Planning team plays a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for our customers. We're looking for an Integrated Planner to join us on a fixed-term contract until 27 August 2027, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive demand forecasting, replenishment planning and inventory optimisation across your brand portfolio.

This role is instrumental in ensuring effective inventory planning, balancing customer demand with inventory targets, and supporting the continued growth of the MECCA network through data-driven planning and strong cross-functional partnerships.

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will own the demand planning process for your portfolio and ensure inventory is optimised to meet customer demand. You will:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate consensus forecasts, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies where required.
  • Manage the end-to-end demand planning lifecycle, including new product launches, promotional events, campaigns and product discontinuations.
  • Partner closely with Brand teams to forecast new product introductions, aligning on ranging decisions and demand assumptions.
  • Place and manage purchase orders in line with supplier ordering cycles, ensuring optimal stock availability and inventory performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and planning KPIs to deliver strong service levels, support key trading events and drive continuous improvement across the planning process.

What You Will Bring:

You are an analytical and collaborative planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.
  • Experience within Retail or FMCG is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience using merchandise management and/or supply chain planning systems, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
