Position: Integration Lead
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: Fulltime/Contract
Onsite: 5 Days Onsite

Rate: Depends on experience ($115K base plus benefits or $70-72/hr on C2C)

Description: 
• Senior API Management resource who possibly have worked on Apigee, Kong or Gravitee to work with the team on evaluation of Kong and/or GRAVITEE products on API Management. 
• Evaluation of Gravitee and Kong API Management products by installing components of the product on the AWS infrastructure in environment and then uploading few APIs to the products for evaluation of capabilities of the product. Responsibilities: 
• Install and configure Gravitee and Kong API Management platforms in the AWS Gold Field environment. 
• Upload and manage APIs on both platforms to assess functionality and features. 
• Evaluate the capabilities, performance, and security features of each product. 
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and findings. 
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with established standards. 
• Provide recommendations based on evaluation outcomes to inform platform selection. 
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the evaluation process. 

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience with API Management platforms such as Gravitee, Kong, Apigee, or similar. 
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services. 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API lifecycle management. 
• Familiarity with security best practices for API management. 
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills. 
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus. 
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
