What Is The Opportunity?
The Intelligence Services Manager is a key position in the Intelligence Services department responsible for managing assigned intelligence services employees, ensuring quality operational delivery, and maintaining analytic tradecraft standards across assigned teams or workstreams. The Intelligence Services Manager must be comfortable overseeing day-to-day project execution, coordinating resource planning within assigned teams, supporting client coordination, and escalating issues to senior leadership as appropriate. This position reports directly to the VP of Intelligence Services and will regularly collaborate with leads of other departments and senior personnel across Nisos.
What You’ll Do
- Manage direct reports within the assigned team, providing day-to-day guidance, performance feedback management, and operational oversight.
- Mentor analysts and senior analysts in the development of their professional skills, including analytic tradecraft, time management, and effective communication.
- Support the VP in coordinating resource allocation for assigned projects and workstreams, flagging capacity issues or conflicts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments in Nisos (such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to support company objectives.
- Monitor and support the consistent application of tradecraft standards and tools within assigned teams, escalating recommended improvements to senior leadership.
- Track and report on operational metrics to inform decision-making at the personnel and project levels, and provide data to senior leadership for broader planning purposes.
- Participate in client calls and support sales and senior leadership with project scoping, planning, and coordination.
- Participate in projects and working groups supporting Nisos' Ascend platform and related solutions, including providing operational, analytic, and client-delivery input to help improve platform capabilities and service delivery.
- Identify and escalate operational issues, risks, or resource constraints to the VP of Intelligence Services in a timely manner.

- Effective communicator in difficult personnel conversations
- Have experience working with intelligence services and SaaS platforms or solutions, including supporting client delivery, product feedback, or operational adoption.
- Have experience working with AI-enabled tools, workflows, or platforms in an intelligence, security, or SaaS environment, including evaluating outputs, applying appropriate human judgment, and supporting responsible operational adoption.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience executing intelligence work, with 2+ years of experience managing people, projects, or analytic teams
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong editing skills and understanding of analytic tradecraft
- Demonstrated success with flexible and creative problem solving
Work Environment
- Remote work is acceptable.
- Remote work requires a work environment conducive to you being an active participant in meetings consistently without distraction to you or others.
- Remote employees are expected to comply with all applicable Nisos policies on confidentiality, information security, acceptable use, working time, and data protection.
- This is a full-time position with flexible core business hours Monday through Friday to meet the needs of the business. Night and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
