This role will enable you to support the design, development, and implementation of autonomation solutions across the manufacturing value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data collection on operation cycle times, production quantities, and process efficiency for feasibility and ROI analysis
- Assist in conceptual design activities through brainstorming, research, and basic risk analysis (e.g., FMEA support)
- Support mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system designs using CAD tools
- Assist in developing flowcharts or basic state-machine logic for machines
- Help with PLC / embedded system programming support and debugging under supervision
- Assist in preparing machine documentation and user manuals
- Support training sessions for machine users and operators
- Conduct market and technology research related to manufacturing autonomation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and engineering best practices
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate (or recent graduate) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation / Robotics / Industrial Engineering
- Academic knowledge or project exposure to automation or manufacturing systems
