JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
Maintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live-show experiences (as part of internship learning framework).
Support and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing.
Attend external / internal meetings when deem required with the supervision of Sales Managers
Campaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/client
Other reasonable duties as requested by Sales Managers / Head of Sales.
Who are you:
Demonstrate experience/knowledge in customer service and/or media (TV, radio, online-digital, social management)
computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
