JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage the e-stamping process for a range of agreements and contractual documents.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in internship hiring activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
- Assist the Industrial Relations team in updating employee information in Workday.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, scheduling, documentation and preparation of related documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
