What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Marketing Technology & AI Enablement Intern, you will focus on introducing practical, easy-to-use GPT-based tools to support various teams within our Marketing organization. You will work cross-functionally with the Marketing AI Working Group, marketing strategy, product management and creative teams to understand their workflows, recurring tasks, and common questions. Based on these insights, you will help design and document simple GPT agents that can serve as reference tools, assist with content generation, and reinforce consistent rules, messaging, and processes.
You will help teams become comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily work. By the end of your internship, you will have created a small library of GPT agents, usage guidelines, and example prompts that marketing teams can continue to build upon after the internship concludes.
What You’ll Learn:
Through hands on project work with marketing leadership guidance, small group working sessions, iterative feedback, and review of learnings at each project milestone, you will learn:
- Practical experience applying AI and GPT tools in a real-world business environment
- Exposure to cross-functional marketing teams and their workflows
- Skills in prompt writing, rule definition, and content structuring
- Experience translating business needs into simple technical solutions
- Understanding of responsible AI usage, governance, and consistency in outputs
- Improved communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, IS, MIS, Digital Media, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), beyond basic prompting, for school, work, or personal projects
