Cast & Crew is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Intern to join our Hours+ and FPS engineering teams. This internship provides hands-on experience delivering production features across the stack—UI, APIs, services, data access, and automated tests—supporting timekeeping and workforce workflows in the entertainment industry.What You’ll Do- Build and enhance full-stack features spanning frontend UI, backend services, and database interactions
- Contribute to modern frontend development using a component-based framework
- Implement or update backend REST APIs to support UI workflows and integrations
- Work with relational databases, including queries and basic migrations
- Expand automated test coverage (unit, integration, and selective UI tests)
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
- Assist with debugging and resolving production issues
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience using Git and collaborative workflows
- Exposure to Node.js and/or .NET Core
- Experience writing automated tests
- Interest in platform reliability or performance
Work on real, end-to-end features used by customers, gain hands-on experience with production systems, and learn from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
