Internship Program OverviewWe are pleased to offer a 10-week full-time Summer Internship Program, tentatively scheduled from 22 June to 28 August, with interns working five days per week. This program reflects our continued commitment to providing meaningful and challenging learning opportunities for students, while supporting the development of a strong and future-ready talent pipeline.
Our internship program is designed to deliver a well-rounded intern experience, combining hands-on work exposure with structured learning and engagement opportunities. Interns will gain practical insight into real business operations, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that drive impact across the organization.
Throughout the program, interns can expect exposure to:
- Professional Development – Building functional and technical skills through real project work aligned with the team’s objectives.

What You'll Bring:
- Preferably studying or holding a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- High degree of computer literacy and previous programming experience required; prior experience using statistical software such as SAS, R, and Python preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Previous experience with statistical-related projects.
- Ability to handle large datasets, perform analysis, and present findings internally.
- Basic knowledge of the credit lending market.
Impact You'll Make:
- Conduct data analysis and investigations to support client deliverables.
- Generate reports and update dashboards for ongoing projects.
- Assist in automating reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support analytics and documentation for new risk score initiatives (EDDS, CVBKS 2.0, and DCS 2.0).
- Promote TU analytics services by addressing client data analytics needs.
- Prepare customized requirements requested by individual clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities by preparing market updates.
- Conduct market research on each member, including new promotions or product launches.
