Overview

The Virtual Assistant Intern will support administrative tasks, project organization, calendar management, email handling, light research, and team coordination. Excellent opportunity for someone seeking exposure to operations management.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with email inbox management and basic correspondence drafts.

  • Help with scheduling internal and external meetings.

  • Prepare simple reports, notes, and updates for leadership.

  • Conduct research for clients or internal projects.

  • Support document organization and workflow improvements.

  • Participate in training calls and team meetings.



Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Can type at least 40 wpm. 

  • Passionate about customer service. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written. 
    Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Equipment (Laptop or PC).

  • Quiet workspace.

  • Reliable internet and power connection.​

Interns commit to 5–20 hours per week, with a structured and focused learning path that gives real experience in a short window.

This program has the potential in becoming a 1099 independent contractor role. As a contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. This is not an employee position, and no employee benefits (such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans) are provided.
