About the role
We're building a dynamic and multi-channel internal communications ecosystem, where every employee is informed, engaged, and connected to our core strategy. To deliver on this ambitious goal, we are seeking an Internal Communications Program Manager to manage the reliable, hands-on execution and seamless operation of our communication strategy.

You will be the primary executor for the tactical deployment, guide the day-to-day operations that deliver our communications through various channels (slack, email, all hands, etc.), and foster the strong internal partnerships that ensure message accuracy and timely delivery.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, high-efficiency individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to directly shape the operational excellence of how our strategic communications land with impact at scale. Working closely with the Director of DEIB & Internal Communications, you'll independently manage projects from brief to delivery while also serving as a resource and guiding colleagues across the organization.

  • Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics, sharing insights with the Director
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to gather content, manage timelines, and ensure alignment
  • Help manage the internal communications calendar to optimize timing and prevent over-communication

Project Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Execute internal communications projects independently from kickoff through delivery, consulting with Director at key milestones
  • Identify, document, and champion opportunities to streamline internal communication workflows, channels and processes, contributing to the long-term effectiveness of the communication system
  • Partner with DEIB, People Operations, and other teams to support initiative launches and ensure communications are aligned
