About this role

We’re hiring an operations generalist to own and drive growing the Paraform team. You’ll work closely with our co-founders and leadership team, with the opportunity to grow into a senior operations role over time.

This is a unique role where you'll be the primary user of the Paraform platform, and have immense impact on product development: We've rapidly scaled to 60+ headcount by "dog-fooding" Paraform to leverage specialized recruiter networks to source elite talent. You'll collaborate with our co-founders and leadership team in using the Paraform product, and work directly with engineering & product teams to improve the platform based on your needs.

You’ll also be highly visible as the first team member many candidates interact with, serving as a direct extension of our brand.

We’re looking for someone who understands our culture, values strong organization, and can help us achieve our ambitious recruiting goals.

Responsibilities

Hiring:

Design and run an efficient hiring process that attracts and converts top candidates

  • Translate company priorities into clear hiring plans, job narratives, and candidate-facing materials in close partnership with hiring managers

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by actively sourcing through Paraform and other targeted channels aligned with where top talent congregates

  • Lead candidate assessment end to end, focusing on motivation, role alignment, and long-term potential rather than checklist screening

  • Run a high-touch candidate experience that balances efficiency with a thoughtful, personal approach

  • Manage offers and closing in collaboration with founders and hiring managers

  • Own recruiting operations and logistics, including interview coordination and on-site execution

  • Continuously evolve hiring workflows, tools, and systems to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability

Project management:

Lead and execute cross-functional projects across people and business initiatives

  • Partner with marketing and operations to plan and run events

  • Assist with the planning and execution of team socials, offsites, dinners, and similar gatherings

  • Support the executive operations team in organizing and executing the annual company offsite
