As a Founders Associate at Partao, you'll work directly with leadership while specialising in one of five business areas. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup.
Partao is one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B and B2C marketplaces for agricultural and construction parts, backed by VC funding and led by ex-corporate executives from Amazon, HelloFresh, and Autodoc - connecting thousands of brands and millions of products on one platform. As we continue to scale, we're opening multiple internship tracks across key business functions.
We're looking for proactive people who thrive in a fast-moving environment, learn new systems quickly, and are eager to make an impact from day one.
We're hiring across five internship tracks:
- You source agricultural parts from Eastern & Southern European suppliers.
- You handle one-off procurement requests and turn them into repeat, contractual supplier relationships.
- You identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers, with a focus on reliability, pricing, and availability.
- You gain experience negotiating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- You build and maintain strong supplier relationships - negotiation and long-term value creation come naturally to you.
Marketing & Brand Development
- You support brand and marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- You create and adapt content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
- You assist with campaign execution and optimisation (email, social, basic paid or organic campaigns).
- You conduct market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging.
- You own and deliver small campaigns end-to-end, with guidance from the team.
- You work closely with the Business Development team to refine messaging and go-to-market assets.
Business Development / Sales
- You support lead generation and outbound outreach to German-speaking B2B customers.
- You run early-stage sales conversations: qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting Partao's value.
- You build trusted relationships with customers through strong communication and commercial awareness.
- You assist with CRM updates, pipeline management, and improving outreach workflows.
- You gather customer insights to refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategy.
- You work closely with the BD team on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
Data Analytics
- You analyse financial, sales, marketing, and operational data to support decision-making.
- You build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- You develop automations and AI-assisted reporting to improve business insights.
- You identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across functions.
- You work with teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
- You support data cleaning, validation, and documentation.
- You work alongside founders to help drive company direction.
Logistics
- You support the launch of new logistics lanes across domestic and European routes.
- You analyse shipping options to optimise cost, speed, and reliability.
- You benchmark carriers and transport modes to improve pricing and transit times.
- You support carrier onboarding and lane setup (rates, lead times, constraints).
- You assist with shipment tracking and performance analysis.
- You identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- You work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to align logistics with customer needs.
- You're a student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- You have strong English; German or French business fluency (C1) is a plus.
- You can operate in a fast-moving startup environment.
