SUMMER 2026 INTERNSHIP     

Ready to kickstart your career in beauty? Join Kendo Brands paid 10-week Summer Internship. Dive into a real project, become part of a dynamic team and explore career paths in a top beauty brand incubator.  You’ll get face time with senior leadership, networking opportunities, and receive regular feedback to help you grow. You will also get an opportunity to learn more about LVMH and Kendo’s role in the luxury world. Earn $24/hour while gaining invaluable experience.

Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2026 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 6th or June 23rd to August 27th. For Summer 2026, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday.   

 

SUMMARY 

The Global Marketing, Ole Henriksen intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Ole Henriksen Marketing team. In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer. Learn and apply a keen understanding of the brand's business, priorities, and overall skincare category from the best by interacting with a dynamic team of professionals. Develop, grow and have fun!  

  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns as well as the day-to-day projects across all marketing channels. 
  • Support the synergy between our global headquarters and our regional partners (EU, Scandinavia, Aus, NZ, and HK). 
  • Collect, analyze, and present data on consumer trends and competitors, digital innovation and product trends to inform marketing strategies especially through the lens of GenZ 
  • Partner with the global marketing manager to analyze paid media data to understand performance and create recommendations for future optimization.  
  • Create strong partnerships with cross-functional partners through communication. Kendo has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Social, Brand, Digital as well as other categories  

  

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Rising junior, senior or 2026 graduate in Marketing, communications, merchandising, business  
  • Full competency of Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Passion for skincare and cosmetics  
  • Good communicator/Listener  
  • Self-starter and out-of-box thinker  
  • Project and time management  
  • Detail oriented
