SUMMER 2026 INTERNSHIP      

Ready to kickstart your career in beauty? Join Kendo Brands paid 10-week Summer Internship. Dive into a real project, become part of a dynamic team and explore career paths in a top beauty brand incubator.  You’ll get face time with senior leadership, networking opportunities, and receive regular feedback to help you grow. You will also get an opportunity to learn more about LVMH and Kendo’s role in the luxury world. Earn $24/hour while gaining invaluable experience.

Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2026 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 6th or June 23rd to August 27th. For Summer 2026, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday.   

 

SUMMARY 

The Influencer Marketing, Fenty intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Influencer Marketing team. In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer.  

  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support the Influencer Gifting Process across the Fenty Beauty Brands  
  • Manage Influencer and Content Creator Identification for keycampaigns  
  • Report and analyze findings relating to campaignperformance  
  • Cultivate a keen understanding of the various levers of Influencer Marketing and how we work cross-functionally with our other Marketing teams.  

  

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Exceptional knowledge of current beauty and influencer trends  
  • Organized, detail-oriented, andproactive  
  • Passion for beauty/cosmetics  
  • Ability to support multiple projects and problem-solve in a deadline-intensiveenvironment  
  • Rising Junior, Senior, or 2026 graduate with experience relating to Influencer Marketing/Social/PR
