As a Associate/Vice President in the Investor Relations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule Investor Relations (IR) meetings with investors and corporates.
- Initiate and manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips, and other ad hoc Investor Access events.
- Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules, and marketing materials as required.
- Collaborate closely with the equity research, sales, regional investor access teams, and other divisions of the firm to develop investor access strategy and content across different products.
- Develop relationships with investors and corporate management by promoting investor access products.
- Adhere strictly to meeting protocols, including cost-saving measures, legal and compliance, risk policies, and contract approvals.
- Set up event details in our event management systems and market the event to our regional equity sales and research teams.
- Provide onsite support at events, including monitoring meeting attendance and producing post-event reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate access
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi task
- Ability to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
- Positive attitude with the ability to work to tight project timelines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken both English and Japanese
