TYSON & MENDES is a national insurance defense law firm with 28 locations in 22 states. This 3E Administrator will be an Enterprise Application Engineer who will support and enhance the firm’s critical application ecosystem, focus on Elite’s 3E Time Management and Financial system. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. The best candidate will have strong SQL/query development, API integration, and automation capabilities, along with some experience with Azure enterprise applications, Windows Server administration, and modern workflow tools. The firm is an Azure cloud client and uses multiple software programs and applications to run its business. This role reports to the IT Director.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize enterprise applications across finance, accounting timekeeping, and practice management systems
- Design, develop, and support SQL queries, scripts, and integrations to enable business operations and reporting
- Administer & develop business and IT processes using Power Automate
- Build and maintain application integrations using APIs and scripting solutions
- Support Azure-based enterprise applications, including Azure AD app registrations, authentication, and integrations
- Administer Windows Servers, SQL Servers (queries, performance tuning, and reporting), and Azure Fabric
- Troubleshoot complex application and data issues across integrated systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements, manage vendors, and ensure system reliability
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and monthly maintenance
- Other priorities and projects as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Microsoft or related certifications are a plus
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- Law firm experience desired
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server:
- Query development and optimization
- Basic DBA-level experience (job creation, maintenance plans, performance tuning)
- Experience with API integrations and scripting (PowerShell, C#, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Azure Enterprise Applications, including:
- App registrations
- Authentication & identity integrations (Azure AD)
- Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
- Experience with Elite 3E Cloud, integrations, and system dependencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
- Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and process discipline
- Aptitude to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.

This position has NO supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are PT Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
Minimal to no travel is expected for this position to the firm’s various office locations.
Background Check
Because this position will have access to sensitive firm systems, data and confidential information any internal or external candidate offered this position will be subject to the Firm’s new background check process. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion and Firm review and approval of the process consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Compensation Package
- The annual pay range of $125,000-140,000, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits coverage offered, including plans available at zero employee cost (average annual employee contribution for health/vision/dental coverage is $700-1,700)

- Employees benefit from a 401(k) program that includes a 100% match on the first 3% contributed and a 50% match on the following 4-5%
- Vacation time is accrued annually at the employee’s base rate
