Job Description

Job Title: IT - Business Analyst - Sr.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 3 – 6 Months Contract

 

Responsibilities: 

• Elicit, analyze, document & manage the business requirements of project end users and stakeholders Coordinate exchanges between the user community and the development, testing and deployment teams Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, manage the requirements specification to fulfill business objectives Map business processes, analyze flows & data, recommend implementation strategies and track performance Work with the user community to identify improvement opportunities Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts Train, coach and mentor Business Analysts 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• In addition to this strong business analysis/ requirements gathering experience is a must. With background in IT technology platforms like data analytics and/or IT application migration experience is preferred BS in CS or Business 6+ years in requirements definition and process modeling in advanced environments

• Experience with 2+ ERP applications 1+ year process ownership a plus Proficiency in "as is" process definition, gap analysis, "to be" business creation Participation to 2+ transformation projects Demonstrated effective writing skills Proficiency with 1+ methodology, such as Rummler-Brache, Hammer, Lean Six Sigma Project management experience Supervisory experience is a plus
