Mission 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business needs, processes, and supporting systems to recommend optimal solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Expertise in developing programming/system specifications, functional validation test plans, and actively participating in or leading implementation projects is required. A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion’s Supply Chain Execution and related applications is critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining, developing, and documenting business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and system specifications on a project-by-project basis.
  • Analyze existing business systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement in processes, software, systems, and user training, using data insights where applicable to validate recommendations.
  • Participate in and/or lead the development, execution, and milestone reporting of project implementation plans for projects of varying sizes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, develop effective solutions, and communicate resolutions to affected users, proactively identifying trends and potential problem areas through analysis.
  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud to drive system enhancements, process improvements, and business efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate mid-size, multi-department projects with management oversight.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a functional role within a manufacturing company, utilizing purpose-implemented business systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-oriented operations focused on process redesign and/or business system support.
  • Ability to work primarily during normal Eastern Standard Time business hours, with flexibility as needed based on project requirements.
