The opportunity

As the IT Business Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, determine appropriate solutions, evaluate and select suitable products, manage implementation and delivery, and provide on-going support of systems. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborates with Business partners to elicit and analyze requirements, and models business information and processes into workflows and use cases.
  • With Business partners, evaluates and selects suitable solutions within the parameters of IT infrastructures, compliance, and technical requirements.
  • Manages vendor implementation and configuration to address requirements and to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Supports testing, validation, and documentation as necessary.
  • Provide system configuration and other on-going support post-implementation.
  • Provides training and support of systems as appropriate.
  • Assists with other systems and IT roles and functions as appropriate.

What we’re looking for

  • B.S. in a STEM field with 3+ years of biotech/pharma experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different Business units to elicit, analyze, communicate, and to validate requirements to determine appropriate information systems.
  • Effective time management by prioritizing workload.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology and tools to help meet user needs and become more effective.
  • Understanding of life science industry and of systems for Laboratory, Manufacturing, Data Management & Analytics, and/or R&D is preferred.
