This position reports to the IT Chief of Staff and operates in a fully remote environment.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Analysis & Business Intelligence
• Design and curate enterprise-level IT scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Power BI to illuminate operational effectiveness, financial health, and customer experience.
• Synthesize cross-functional data into compelling narratives and actionable insights that guide executive decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks.
• Identify emerging trends and systemic patterns in IT performance data; develop recommendations and partner with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence & Governance
• Support “Running IT as a Business” by establishing and maintaining governance cadences, operational rhythms, and tracking systems for strategic initiatives.
• Produce executive-ready presentations, multi-year (3–5 year) strategic roadmaps, and high-impact briefing materials for the CIO and senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional analyses and coordinate with finance, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of IT priorities.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
• Conduct rigorous analysis of operational, financial, and performance data to uncover efficiency opportunities, forecast trends, and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries that resonate with technical and business audiences alike.
• Monitor competitive IT trends and emerging technologies to inform service delivery standards and operational maturity goals.

Strategic Business Partnership
• Articulate the business value of IT by mapping cost drivers, revenue implications, efficiency metrics, and budget impacts to executive narratives.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that link IT service delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive alignment, accountability, and transparency across the IT portfolio.

What We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, consulting, or business intelligence roles
• Advanced degree (MBA, Business Management, or related field) highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience designing and maintaining performance scorecards or dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business management
• Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Highly detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage complex mathematical analyses and large datasets
