The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

We are seeking an experienced IT Director of Business Applications to provide leadership and oversight of our IT applications portfolio, including our ERP systems, Salesforce.com, data warehouse, and business intelligence. This role will be responsible for driving technological innovation, including AI integration, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position reports to the VP of IT and works closely with business teams and senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise application strategy and execution, including system integration, ERP/Salesforce administration, and data warehouse solutions
  • Lead and develop a technical team, establishing quality standards and best practices for documentation, testing, and system optimization across the application portfolio
  • Identify and implement AI/ML opportunities to enhance business processes, improve automation and search, and drive predictive analytics capabilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to understand and prioritize requirements, manage relationships, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and help drive growth
  • Manage project portfolio, including resource allocation, budgeting and timeline tracking
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Quality system requirements and maintain internal controls for all enterprise systems
  • Direct the development of policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise applications
  • Oversee project portfolio management, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Expertise and Attributes:

  • Extensive experience with ERP systems implementation and management
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com administration and customization
  • Proven experience in data warehouse architecture and business intelligence solutions
  • Excellence in team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding of SOX compliance requirements and IT controls
  • Experience with system validation and quality management processes
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications
  • Strong leadership and people management skills

Salary range: $203,000 - $235,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
