As a pivotal leader within the IT Infrastructure Group, you will serve as the Principal Enterprise Lead for the global MSI Active Directory environment and its critical integration ecosystem. We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our AD space. In this role, you will not only direct the technical roadmap for our directory and email backbone but also lead a team of engineers providing guidance for day to day operations. This is a high-visibility position requiring a unique blend of deep technical mastery, architectural foresight, and people-focused leadership.

  • Email Backbone Management: Own the global SMTP relay infrastructure and email routing protocols.

  • Mail Flow Integrity: Ensure high availability and security for cross-platform directory infrastructure.

M&A Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the IT integration team in executing technical strategies to achieve key milestones aligned with business goals.

  • Orchestrate timely and effective communication across all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration lifecycle.

  • Direct the end-to-end integration process, including employee onboarding into MSI systems, email migrations, and domain transitions.

  • Utilize deep technical acumen to bridge the gap between IT and business units, guiding non-technical teams through seamless transitions.

Team and People Management:

  • Lead and manage technical professionals and operational staff.

  • Manage all aspects of people management: hiring, performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and career development.

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.

  • Delegate and prioritize tasks across the team to balance new solution implementation with operational demands.

Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills:

  • At least 8–10 years of experience managing complex Active Directory environments, including expert knowledge of GPO, DNS, and Kerberos.

  • Proven track record architecting Microsoft Certificate Services (ADCS).

  • Understanding of SMTP relay, SPF/DKIM/DMARC protocols.

  • Minimum 3+ years in a formal leadership or management role, with experience conducting performance reviews and managing a global or distributed team.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation.

  • Able to handle high-priority deadlines without letting the day-to-day AD operations slip.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
