  • Ensure employees have a seamless and productive technology experience across all systems and devices.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and workflows that improve employee productivity and reduce operational friction.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, processes, and knowledge base content.
  • Manage Windows and macOS environments, including device provisioning, configuration, security, lifecycle management, and support.
  • Leverage HP enterprise IT tools and technologies to manage hardware inventory, deployment, and device health.
  • Partner with Security and Engineering teams to ensure endpoints meet compliance and security requirements.
  • Own administration and lifecycle management of SaaS applications.
  • Manage user provisioning, access controls, and identity workflows through Okta and connected systems.
  • Drive automation and integration efforts to improve onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.
  • Support and maintain office networking infrastructure, including wireless, switching, conferencing, and connectivity solutions.
  • Assist with cloud and infrastructure-related technologies, including Kubernetes and Terraform-based environments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Platform teams to support internal infrastructure initiatives where IT ownership is required.
  • Act as a Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation point for the IT Support team.
  • Lead investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Identify recurring support trends and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and reduce support burden.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support team members.
  • Take ownership of the company's IT systems, tools, and technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve operational excellence.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure service quality and employee satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or a related role.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and Slack.
  • Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience managing SaaS applications and identity/access management workflows.
  • Solid understanding of office networking technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating and improving IT processes, documentation, and operational standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
  • Familiarity with modern endpoint management and device lifecycle practices.
  • Experience partnering with Security, Engineering, and People Operations teams.
