Your role at a glance

As an IT Solutions Architect Application Management, you will play a key role in managing and evolving a modern, global application landscape. You will be responsible for a flexible and continuously changing set of enterprise applications supporting critical business processes across regions and functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, welcomes change, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with international stakeholders, IT colleagues, end users, and external partners to ensure stable operations while continuously improving and developing application solutions.

What we are looking for

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for a flexible and evolving portfolio of enterprise applications
  • Act as a trusted interface between business stakeholders and IT, gathering, aligning, and translating global requirements
  • Manage the full application lifecycle, including onboarding, enhancements, integrations, operations, end-user support, training, and decommissioning
  • Design, develop, and oversee system and information integrations across the enterprise application landscape
  • Ensure application availability, performance, security, data privacy, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate incidents, changes, releases, upgrades, and global rollouts in line with IT service management best practices
  • Work closely with internal teams, end users, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, reliable services
  • Contribute to global application roadmaps and IT strategy with a focus on scalability, standardization, and future readiness
  • Identify and drive opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain clear, structured documentation and support audits and assessments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in line with the role and organizational needs

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
  • Very good English skills; German is an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of experience in application management or enterprise IT environments
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise applications supporting them
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions and development / implementation of integrations
  • Experience with corporate application administration, ideally in areas such as HR, GRC, Legal, or related corporate functions (a plus)
  • Knowledge of IT service management and application lifecycle management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Able to hear and speak on the telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
  • Must be available for 24x7 support of customers and NTT GDC.
  • Must be reachable via telephone, text, and email on a 24x7 basis.
  • Some travel as required. Travel requirements may vary based on the frequency and intensity of remote site operations
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $129,600 - $160,000.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan to create a rich Total Rewards package.

Compensation Pay Range

$129,600 - $160,000
