We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in networking (Cisco Meraki), virtualization (VMware ESXi), and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure ensuring system reliability.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems
- Manage and support Cisco Meraki networking (switches, firewalls, wireless)
- Administer and optimize VMware ESXi environments, including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and high availability
- Oversee Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Partner with engineering teams to support onboarding, configuration, and connectivity of equipment to the network, ensuring performance, security, and compliance requirements are met
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all infrastructure systems
- Design and maintain secure network architectures, including segmentation, firewalls, and VPNs
- Manage and support processes around technical building infrastructure, including but not limited to cameras, badging, security, etc.
- Assist with day-to-day on-site support as needed
- Work closely with end-users of all levels within the organization
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Meraki (LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN)
- VMware ESXi / vSphere
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs)
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices
- Experience with vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and system hardening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
- Ability to lead projects and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- 100% onsite role
- May require after-hours support for maintenance or critical incidents
