Brief summary of role:

The IT Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and seamless technology operations across our global workforce. You’ll deliver world-class support across systems, devices, and platforms, troubleshooting issues remotely, managing user and device lifecycles, and helping our employees stay productive and connected. You’ll leverage modern IT tools (Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, MDM, and emerging AI technologies) to drive operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and takes pride in helping others do their best work.

What you will be doing: 
  • Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientations, including hardware setup and software installation.
  • Provide end-to-end support for macOS and Windows systems, as well as mobile devices (Apple and Android).
  • Manage user and software access via Okta, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and oversee hardware refresh cycles, including purchasing, provisioning, configuring, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure IT security practices meet or exceed company standards, including responsible use of AI tools.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of IT experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) preferred.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment, with knowledge of zero-touch deployment and MDM-based device management.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and Service Management).
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion new tools and technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000

The “Base Salary: range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations including but not limited to CA, CO, NY, WA, NV, MD, CT and RI. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: location of candidate, unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of OpenSpace’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes equity awards, paid time off, 401(k) retirement account, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. as well as other region-specific health and wellness benefits.
