Job Description: 

The IT Supply Chain Planning Program Manager coordinates work performed by IT teams and system integrators by developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control process, testing, documentation, training with on-time delivery within budget constraints.    This role supports a corporate-wide digital transformation underway at Intel that will implement leading edge Supply Chain Planning enterprise capabilities.

The role requires close partnerships across IT and Business program managers, stakeholders and senior management to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of test deliverables across multiple program releases and all test phases including functional, system integration, performance and user acceptance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive coordination between IT teams, System Integrator (SI) teams and business stakeholders on day-to-day program execution.
  • Plan, define and track key design/build/test/execution milestones, identifying and mitigating schedule delays on a proactive basis.
  • Proactively document and manage risks and issues with appropriate management and stakeholder escalation.
  • Resource planning to ensure appropriate team resources are available to meet deliverables and schedules.
  • Provides input to the organizational budget and forecasting process.
  • Provides leadership for the technical project team and act as a key interface to the business program manager.
  • Provide clear status reporting updates to various management forums.
  • Drive stringent change management of scope; balancing business criticality and impact to IT delivery, quality and schedule.
  • Provides clear status reporting updates to weekly management forums.

A successful candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Experience utilizing program execution methods around, schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, action item tracking, and budget tracking.
  • Ability to manage complex, enterprise transformations, crossing multiple business units and functional disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly with IT and business stakeholders, across many teams and countries at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build and nurture collaborative and constructive working relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Highly accountable for results, attention to detail, demonstrating high energy, self-motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to set clear objective/timelines and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while driving increased clarity.
  • Strong decision-making, leadership, communication, and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with cross-Intel stakeholders at an executive and senior management level; can tailor a message to the audience.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. 

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED) in a Business or Technology discipline and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in a Business or Technology discipline and 6+ years of experience

  • 4+ years of program management experience implementing Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Integrated Business Planning enterprise software solutions
  • 3+ years experience with Supply Chain Planning applications, ERP systems and/or Enterprise Data implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile, SAFe (scaled agile) experience
  • Supply Chain Planning applications, ERP systems and Enterprise Data implementation experience
  • Blue Yonder / JDA based planning solutions experience
  • SAP planning solutions (ECC, S4, Supply Chain Management) experience
  • Industry certifications for Supply Chain and Project Management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$150,310.00-$212,210.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
