World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing digital experiences in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum Master practices to help teams plan, execute, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital product and web-based initiatives and can balance long-range planning with day-to-day team execution. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure success outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead delivery of B2B Franchise applications from intake through launch.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Track progress against project goals and communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and drive accountability for project commitments.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Maintain core delivery artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and decision tracking.

 Agile Team Leadership

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Support teams in achieving sprint commitments and delivery objectives.
  • Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery
  • Remove impediments and help teams identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote Agile principles while supporting WTH's hybrid delivery model.
  • Support retrospective action items and continuous improvement efforts within the scrum team.
  • Help teams apply Agile practices in a practical way that supports WTH’s hybrid delivery model.
  • Promote ownership, accountability, transparency, and early risk identification across the team.

 Stakeholder & Team Partnership

  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Facilitate conversations, drive decisions, and resolve conflicts when priorities compete.
  • Provide clear executive-level communication regarding progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

 Process & Operational Excellence

  • Champion consistent delivery processes, standards, and governance practices.
  • Drive improvements that increase team effectiveness, predictability, and delivery quality by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern delivery tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance team productivity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a technology or software delivery environment.
  • 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing IT back-end and customer-facing initiatives in partnership with Franchise stakeholders and software engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for driving work to completion.
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000
