IT Support Administrator (OTT Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Administrator responsible for providing technical and operational support to OTT Platform employees, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technologies, systems, applications, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage network configuration, performance, and security through Network Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems
  • Solve problems on Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS, platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and alter configuration on networking equipment (switches, Wi-Fi access points).
  • User advanced troubleshooting skills

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange on the cloud
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
  • UniFi networks administration is a plus
  • Proficient user of new Technologies
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions
  • Ability to deal effectively multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
