Provide hands-on IT support across San Diego and Tijuana: configure and maintain devices, manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity and Microsoft 365 issues, coordinate vendors, manage assets/licenses, support backups and endpoint management, maintain IT documentation, and assist with office setups and simple integrations. Regular cross-border travel required.

Technology Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and
IT service delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable,
secure, and scalable technology solutions while supporting business growth and
operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure,
and service delivery.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts,
licensing, and support partners.
- Develop and execute technology strategies that
align with business goals.
- Oversee cloud technologies, networks,
cybersecurity, servers, and end-user systems.
- Manage IT projects, technology roadmaps, and
operational priorities.
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs,
and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders to identify
technology solutions and service improvements.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop IT team members.
- Drive process improvements, automation
initiatives, and technology modernization efforts.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+
years of IT leadership or management experience.
- Strong
background in infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and
cybersecurity.
- Experience
managing vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and
professional experience may be considered.

Working Conditions
- Primarily
office-based with occasional travel between organizational locations.

require after-hours or on-call support for critical systems and business
operations.

to work in environments requiring occasional movement of technology equipment.

lifting, carrying, and installation of technology equipment may be required.
Benefits
Base pay $100,000-$130,000
