Role responsibilities and requirements: 
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Ivalua experience in a project role (industry or consulting). - Ivalua certifications: L2 required; L3 preferred in P2P, INT, or SQL. - Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and business value drivers. - Deep knowledge of the Ivalua platform and ability to build APIs. - Develop and run SQL queries to build reports, fetch data, and perform integrations (EAI) with other applications. - Knowledge of SAP transactions is a plus. - Provide production support to handle priority bugs/fixes. - Configure modules, including design, workflow configurations, and callback creations. - Knowledge of project release processes. - Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, structured working style, responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork. - Strong problem ownership to identify root cause and propose solutions collaboratively in a timely manner. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - Experience building strong client relationships and collaborating with third-party solution providers.
