Design and develop IVR and CX applications by collaborating with stakeholders, implementing business and technical requirements, performing hands-on development, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Work with team members to understand business and technical requirements
- Develop applications which meet business and technical requirements
- Hands-on application development in a team environment
- Work closely with Project Manager to ensure on-time, quality delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of IVR development experience
- 5+ years of J2EE or .NET development experience
- 5+ years of Eclipse or similar IDE experience
- 2+ year of MVC based framework experience
- Expert in OOD, OOP and Design Patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
